Description

Freestyle Creative is seeking an executive assistant to the CEO, who will work closely with the CEO and executive teams on various assignments. This position could potentially be hired through one of the CEO’s ecosystem of companies, such as (but not limited to) Home Creations or Freestyle Creative.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the CEO on various assignments within the CEO’s ecosystem of different companies, including but not limited to Home Creations and Freestyle Creative
  • Act as the point of contact for the CEO’s ecosystem of different companies, communicating with executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Coordinate and screen all correspondence (phone calls, emails, etc) on behalf of the CEO
  • Manage CEO’s calendars and set up meetings
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Organize and maintain CEO’s files
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements on behalf of the CEO and executives
  • Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Take minutes during meetings

Requirements:

  • A degree in public relations, marketing, strategic communications and/or a related degree (preferred)
  • One to three (1-3) years of related experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Strong creative writing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a project from start to finish and meet deadlines

Reports to:

  • Day-to-day: CEO and company executives
  • Overall: CEO 

Hours and compensation:

  • Full-time
  • 40 hours per week (8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday)
  • Pay commensurate with experience
